Aksel Torden

Aksel arrived alone, confused and without explanation as a small child on the ‘Highmoon Horse Ranch’ in Mt Vare, a small but affluent farming town East of Aldercastle. Unable to have children of their own, the owners of High Moon, Parian and Minerva saw him as a blessing from the gods, and took him in, He was given everything he could possibly want, but he never felt he fit, like there was something in his subconscious, just out of reach. Seeing he was drawn to music, and the magical spark within him, his adopted parents encouraged his path and invested heavily in Aksel's musical learnings until the point he was of age and they released him to travel and make a name for himself as a bard.

He made a name for himself quickly in Aldercastle. With several minor bands doing well but never quite making it, he went solo, and his star was rising until  Aksel realised a promoter by the name of Destrian Cleves was ripping him off. Aksel decided to get his own back and seduced Destrian’s wife Lindsay Morningfall (which was easier than he thought). He was caught in the act, by one of Destrian’s goons, given a beat down by a bunch of his thugs and he made a quick exit out of Aldercastle.

Aksel hit the road heading for Merterra and a ship out of Althea. Stopping for a pint and a bite to eat in Circle Creek he was lured to the Gallant Horde, and as those who lead a reckless life know, he went with ‘sure why not?’
